30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain used wellness products may not qualify for return.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To speed up the process, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if applicable.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please place a new order after your return has been approved.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • The product is defective

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped.
